SCHEDULE: 10am - 7pm 5+ Years of Customer Care Experience Minimum of
HS Diploma • Bachelor's is Preferred Customer Centric Focus • Strong
Soft Skills • Systems Ability Communication Skills • Must be able to
multitask • Excel experience • Experience with SAP
Positional
responsibilities require extensive customer care background. Majority
of time spent processing orders but individual must understand supply
chain processes and be able to problem solve different scenarios to
maximize fill rate and customer up-time. •
Order
accuracy is imperative to avoid impacting customer up-time. Individual
needs to understand the big picture and the impact n the business and
customer.
