  • Execute paid social strategy for Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Her Universe brands
  • Build, publish, and monitor paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat
  • Manage audience lists and bid targets based off performance
  • Analyze large data sets and report on campaign performance to team
  • Strategize and communicate with manager about bid strategies and campaign structures
  • Partner with cross functional teams to secure creative, copy
  • Track and share daily performance metrics relative to topline growth goals
  • Handle display network placements on AdWords
  • Monitor search results and ever-evolving best practices
