  • Build and maintain relationships with Solutions Partners who are part of the Partner Led Onboarding program, meeting regularly to manage pipeline conversations, ensure they're aware of account projections, monitor active engagements and drive progress
  • Partner with Braze's Deal Desk team to ensure alignment and prevent any delay to the Sales close process for Partner Led Onboarding opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Braze departments impacted by the Partner Led Onboarding program, including the Sales and Success teams
  • Collaborate with the Braze Sales team to manage the Partner Led Onboarding pipeline and ensure relevant processes are adhered to by Account Executives
  • Own account assignment to Partner Engagement Managers post-account close
  • Own and maintain data hygiene for opportunities and requests from Sales
  • Proactively monitor sales pipeline to maintain awareness of upcoming opportunities
  • Lead Commercial onboarding process for new Partner Led Onboarding Solutions Partners
  • Lead and support pitches to new Partner Led Onboarding partners alongside Partner Account Managers
  • Proactively suggest and implement process improvements within the Partner Led Onboarding program to drive efficiency
  • Utilize internal reporting to provide meaningful insight and feedback on the status of the program
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the agency and marketing services ecosystem is a plus
