Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a law firm environment.
  • Membership in good standing with the Illinois bar and admission to practice.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior attorneys on legal operations, department support, trademark matters, international regulatory responses, and business initiatives.
  • Conduct legal research and provide practical analysis to help internal stakeholders identify risks, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts while supporting the administration of the company’s contract management system.
  • Provide legal support for regulatory compliance matters, including FDA requirements related to labeling, claims, marketing materials, and product portfolio support.
