Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional automotive diagnosis and repair experience is required.
  • ASE or manufacturer certifications are preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills are required.
  • Experience with computerized diagnostic equipment is required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Good communication and team-oriented collaboration are required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Applicants must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, air conditioning, and other vehicle components.
  • Use diagnostic equipment and testing procedures to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
  • Road test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Document completed repairs and communicate findings with service advisors and management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with manufacturer technology and repair procedures.
Desired Qualifications
