Residential Construction Superintendent

We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in high-end residential new construction to oversee the day-to-day field operations of a flagship luxury residential project.

Position Summary:

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to completion. This role requires a strong command of luxury building standards, superior project management skills, and the ability to lead subcontractors and trades in a high-end, fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations of a luxury residential construction project
• Ensure construction is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with architectural plans, specs, building codes, and safety standards
• Manage construction schedules, update project timelines, and track progress
• Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Enforce job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
• Work closely with the project manager, architects, engineers, and ownership team to resolve field-related matters
• Maintain daily field reports and site documentation
• Lead quality control and punch list efforts to ensure a seamless project turnover

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Superintendent, including experience on ground-up luxury residential or mixed-use buildings
• Strong knowledge of all phases of residential construction, including concrete, MEP systems, finishes, façade work, and vertical transportation
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in construction software platforms (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate between office and field teams
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• High attention to detail, commitment to craftsmanship, and experience in luxury-level finishes and execution
