Responsibilities
  • Manage the benefits component of the company’s total rewards strategy.
  • Oversee the administration of global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company objectives.
  • Partner with external vendors and brokers to manage and evaluate benefits offerings.
  • Analyze and interpret benefits data to provide strategic recommendations for enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive benefits offerings.
  • Communicate total rewards programs to employees, ensuring understanding and appreciation.
  • Manage all aspects of employee leave programs, including FMLA, disability, and other types of leave.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws and company policies.
  • Serve as a consultant to HRBPs on LOA-related issues and provide guidance to employees on leave processes and policies.
  • Develop and manage CSR initiatives that align with company values and impact the community positively.
  • Implement and oversee DEIB programs to promote an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance DEIB goals and measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
  • Work closely with HRBPs to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, particularly regarding LOA management, CSR, and DEIB.
  • Support HRBPs in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Plan and host office social events to foster team engagement and morale.
  • Design and implement global wellness programs that promote employee well-being.
  • Organize activities and campaigns that support mental, physical, and financial wellness.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive rewards and recognition program to motivate and retain employees.
  • Create initiatives that celebrate achievements, milestones, and exceptional performance.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of the program and make improvements as needed.
  • Serve as a backup for payroll processing to ensure seamless and accurate payroll operations.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to understand payroll procedures and maintain readiness to step in when necessary.
