Requirements
  • Experience in asset management or private equity (or similar). High quality IB experience would need to be supplemented by some experience in a sell-side business.
  • The successful candidate would ideally come from a small to mid-sized firm to evidence 'breadth' in their remit.
  • Experience of owning the end to end process (including in depth HR-type interviews).
  • Proven direct sourcing experience.
  • Experience of managing search firms appropriately and successfully.
  • Market awareness and good sector knowledge.
  • Ideally experience using Workday but other ATS.
Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle – included but not limited to, seeking approval for all requisitions, benchmarking externally, selecting the method of recruitment, coordinating the interview process, handling offers, interviewing, (screening and HR), collating feedback and rejection of candidates.
  • Building and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Passion and focus on Equality, Inclusion and Diversity projects.
  • Manage intern recruitment, University and school visits as well as lateral hiring.
  • Take responsibility for talent attraction, identification, assessment (interviewing), and negotiation.
