Requirements
  • 7-10 years of progressive digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in key digital marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, email etc
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional and measurable performance results through digital marketing efforts
  • Proven track record with account-based marketing programs and large account selling teams
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns
  • On the paid side, you possess a deep understanding of the Google Ads platform, LinkedIn Paid Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic DSPs such as The Trade Desk
  • On the direct digital side, you possess a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and Hubspot (or similar tools)
  • On the data and analytics side, you possess a deep understanding of GA360, GA4 or other marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Experience defining and implementing a robust MarTech strategy to ensure we have the right technology and digital performance ecosystem at our disposal
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into straightforward and actionable recommendations
  • Experience defining and implementing a test and learn strategy, A/B testing and taking learnings and scaling up what drives performance and results
  • Extremely collaborative and engaging, drawing on different teams and resources to get the job done all the while building consensus among multiple stakeholders
  • Proven leadership with a strong team-work orientation and the ability to work in a constantly changing and evolving organization
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS, B2G or digital marketing would be considered an asset
  • Previous experience working with external agency partners on SEO, SEM and content generation activities
  • Prior start-up experience/ experience creating foundational processes to support team growth
  • Strong familiarity with the biotechnology industry
  • Degrees in a scientific/technical field (undergraduate or masters)
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to network and communicate with people from various backgrounds
  • Eye for design and beautiful content
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute on all paid and direct digital marketing channels, to deliver highly optimized digital marketing programs, all to achieve aggressive annual targets
  • Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, allowing the marketing, sales, and CX teams to clearly understand what tactics and strategies are driving performance throughout the funnel
  • Manage and scrutinize the marketing budget to ensure that we are driving an efficient spend and maximize every dollar. Work with the team on budget pacing and allocation across all channels, remaining flexible and pivoting to the best performing channels
  • Operate as both a player and coach. Be able to manage execution of the work in detail, but understand how to build and manage a team of experts as we continue to grow
  • An expert understanding and application of our first-party data to drive growth, leveraging our segmentation and audience insights to ensure our messaging and channels are relevant and effective
  • Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based marketing and selling
  • Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments
  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
  • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Be the face and the voice of the performance marketing team, presenting strategy and insights up to the executive level of the organization, ensuring our senior leadership has an informed view on how we're supporting the business
