Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Admin, G&A, etc.
  • At least 2+ years in a high-growth, tech startup environment
  • At least 1+ years of Lever experience (or relevant ATS experience)
  • Expert understanding of best-in-class recruitment processes, sourcing, tools, and methodologies
  • Proficient understanding of equity for venture-backed companies
  • Proficient work ethic and sense of personal accountability
  • Ability to solve practical problems and be adaptable to handle dynamic situations
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams with strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Recruit top talent through establishing relationships, sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and maintaining an extraordinary candidate experience
  • Have a deep comprehension of roles across various business functions
  • Screen and evaluate candidates, conduct in-depth interviews
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies, manage the applicant tracking system
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies
  • Lead all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process, champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
