This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. GoDaddy is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Information Security Officer and our VP of Engineering, Product, and Ecommerce. This role will report to the executive assistant of the Chief Technology Officer. We are looking for an organized, meticulous individual with experience supporting C-suite-level executives and global, fast-paced teams. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

What you’ll get to do...

• Manage multiple executive calendars from end to end, simultaneously
• Prepare comprehensive, complex travel itineraries for multiple executives
• Arrange off-sites, team functions and team-building events, including organizing and coordinating team All Hands
• Assist in driving agendas and notetaking for weekly staff meetings for executives
• Support day-to-day needs of teams of varying sizes and complexity
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Manage team communications and distribution lists, as well as communication with external business partners
• Partner with key stakeholders on projects as needed – e.g., Finance, Legal, People Operations, Marketing and the Senior Leadership Team
• Assist with projects as assigned

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years of administrative executive experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a passion for being part of a high performing team
• Consistent track record of working independently but also acting as a successful team player
• Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs; requires a high degree of familiarity with the business and executive needs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track high volumes of data
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Highly professional with excellent interpersonal and organization skills
• Capable of problem-solving, multitasking, and leading projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to think on your feet and respond rapidly to changing work environments as well as changing conditions
• Ability to contribute new insights and think of out-of-the-box solutions to opportunities as they arise
