- A current driver's license.
- A driving record acceptable to the company's current insurance carrier.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
- Experience in an automotive customer service role or an automotive service writer, advisor, or sales role.
- Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, including coordinating parts.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing over 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
- Greet every guest who enters the facility with hospitality and respect.
- Present the best repair solution in a way that is easy for the guest to understand.
- Manage the store's workflow effectively and efficiently.
- Sell services consistently and effectively without compromising honesty and integrity.
- Communicate by phone in a clear and professional manner.
- Build long-term relationships among the store, the employee, and customers.
- Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer-service activities.
- Shuttle guests as needed in a company-branded vehicle.
- Ensure that repairs are performed to proper specifications.
- Work as part of the team and assist other employees as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
