Requirements
  • Desire to be the healthcare expert and business lead for all JLL healthcare business in the Minneapolis area and broader regional geography in collaboration with our other Healthcare brokers.
  • Ability to manage a complex sales process (multiple stakeholders and principals) and long sales cycles to build consensus among multiple prospect decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem (diverse range of healthcare client and property types along the 'continuum of care').
  • Client facing individual who leads by example in sourcing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships with significant healthcare providers (space users) and/or healthcare property owners.
  • Understands the competition and develops pursuit strategies to differentiate and win.
  • Ability to lead development of both tenant representation and agency leasing brokerage.
  • Strong communicator who continues to build a culture of teamwork, ethics, and excellence amongst personnel in the market and across JLL.
  • Ability to promote and team with all JLL service lines (primary focus on brokerage but ability to integrate and sell the platform).
  • Consultative, analytical data-driven approach to assist clients.
  • Think broadly about client and market business drivers of real estate.
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for building relationships with local and regional healthcare systems, owners of medical office buildings, and principals of major specialty practices.
  • Part of JLL’s national Healthcare platform to help win new business and deliver best-in-class client service.
  • Identify and understand the market opportunity and action their strategic plan to win new business and advise clients across a variety of strategic, portfolio, transaction, facilities management, project management and other JLL services.
  • Lead by example in sourcing and transacting new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and coaching their team members.
  • Build and lead a team of JLL healthcare specialists as business grows.
  • Actively shapes, influences, and leads a client-driven culture focused on winning. Ensures the best talent and teams across our service lines and subject matter experts are put forth for all pursuits.
