  • University degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of investment experience, with 6–8+ years focused on private equity co-investments, funds and secondaries transactions.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating, and executing complex private equity deals.
  • Strong understanding of the private equity ecosystem, including fund structures, GP relationships, secondary market and overall private equity market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations, manage due diligence, and oversee legal documentation.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of co-investment and secondaries transactions, as well as fund commitments.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and support broader Private Equity strategy development.
  • Oversee due diligence processes, including industry and company analysis, financial modeling, legal negotiations, and investment committee presentations.
  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of assets, ensuring strong performance and alignment with IMCO’s objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, advisors, and other industry participants leveraging these networks to identify and execute on new opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members and contribute to recruiting efforts.
  • Represent IMCO in internal and external forums, contributing to thought leadership in the funds, secondaries and co-investment space.
