SPONSORSHIP: ( This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Join us for a 12-week paid summer internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges.  Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

The Team:

The HP Workforce Services MPS Supplies team is responsible for ensuring our managed print customers get the toner and ink that they need to keep their business running.  The team defines a world wide strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and cost efficiency for HP.
 

Responsibilities:  

• Organize and analyze large amounts of data related to supplies delivery to our MPS customers.
• Derive actionable business insights based on data analysis.
• Create dashboards and presentations to summarize data.
• Work across organizations and with account teams to understand data.

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship.

• Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2025, and not require sponsorship in the future.
• Strong experience in MS-Excel, PowerBI, MS Office.

Preferred Majors: 

• Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):  

• Excellent communication skills.  Fluent in English.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and derive actionable insights
• Critical thinking
• Ability to summarize complex issues in a simple way.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Able to prioritize multiple requests and deal with ambiguous problems.
• Organized and responsive.
