  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Applications, including tools like PL/SQL, Data Loader, Forms, Reports, Workflow, SOA Web services, and WebADI.
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Applications and financial concepts.
  • Prior experience in Production Support of Oracle EBS Financials in a distributed environment.
  • Familiar with key concepts of Amazon Web Services
  • Proficiency in Python or Java
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Oracle EBS and related technologies.
  • Resolve production support issues, primarily in General Ledger, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash cycles.
  • Maintain the health of production systems and ensure data integrity with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Proactively resolve problems and roadblocks, driving innovation and anticipating issues before they occur.
  • Debug complex issues, presenting their impact and recommended solutions to users and management.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement creative technical solutions, reducing time to delivery.
  • Sign off on the design and solutions developed by development teams before changes are accepted into production.
  • Support key business processes and activities, including Month-end and Year-end support for Business users.
  • Utilize past experience to implement innovative ways to improve business processes and system performance.
  • Lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Enhance enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions when developing new technology.
  • Collaborate with non-ERP development teams to design efficient, supportable, and scalable solutions.
