Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in strategic HRBP roles supporting technical teams and leading global HRBP and L&D teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building and evolving HR functions in fast-growing, high-performing environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop the People Business Partner and Learning and Development Functions: Manage a globally-distributed team of HRBPs and L&D professionals, ensuring alignment with business strategy and consistency in execution.
  • Strategic Advising: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including C-Suite and SVPs, delivering actionable insights and influencing decisions on talent strategy, structure, and performance.
  • Organization Design for GenAI Efficiency: Drive initiatives reimagining organizational design and workforce planning in a GenAI-enabled environment which increase revenue per employee by enabling smaller, more efficient teams empowered by technology.
  • Future-Focused Learning & Development: Develop scalable, modern L&D programs that focus on upskilling, continuous learning, and preparing leaders and teams for the evolving nature of work.
  • Culture at Scale: Build and sustain a high-performance culture as Apollo scales. Define cultural principles and rituals that reinforce our values in a distributed-first model.
  • Remote-First Excellence: Drive strategies to ensure Apollo’s remote model is a competitive advantage—minimizing misalignment, communication breakdowns, and disengagement while maximizing inclusion, collaboration, and velocity.
  • Talent Strategy Execution: Partner with managers to build and implement career growth frameworks that nurture Apollo’s exceptional talent and flex with business needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage engagement survey results, talent analytics, and external benchmarks to design targeted action plans and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Finance, and other People functions on employee relations, compliance and headcount matters.
  • Organizational Readiness: Partner with senior leaders to ensure talent readiness for Apollo.io’s ambitious 2025 product roadmap and beyond.
  • Change Leadership: Build trust quickly with stakeholders across functions, navigating ambiguity and complexity while driving alignment and results.
