- Stay abreast of new trends, legislation, and innovations in the field of recruitment.
- Ensure the candidate has a world-class interview/hiring experience representing our brand and commitment to an exceptional experience.
- Follow up timely with candidates throughout the process and after decisioning.
- Meet with manager routinely to discuss ongoing recruiting efforts.
- Prepare quarterly and year-end recruiting data reports for head of Human Resources.
- Make recommendations for program improvement based on data analysis.
- Manage the company’s internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Partner with department leaders to identify intern projects and ensure meaningful learning experiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for interns and oversee evaluations, feedback, and conversion to full-time roles if/when appropriate.
- Experience recruiting for entertainment/production roles a significant plus
