Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional automotive diagnosis and repair experience.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
  • Experience with computerized diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, air conditioning, and other vehicle components.
  • Use diagnostic equipment and testing procedures to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
  • Road test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Document completed repairs and communicate findings with Service Advisors and management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with manufacturer technology and repair procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • ASE or manufacturer certifications are preferred.
