Requirements
  • You have at least 5 year of experience as a tech lead or engineering manager
  • You have an engineering background and had experience building scalable distributed systems
  • You've led technical initiatives with broad, organizational impact
  • You empower your team to make decisions and have a track record of enabling engineers to grow professionally
  • You're interested in solving complex problems that have a real world impact
  • You're biased towards action and would not hesitate to ship fast and keep iterating
