  • Gather post-launch feedback from users, support tickets, and usage data, then summarize the findings.

  • Support the design of review and approval loops in which human operators check AI agent output.
  • Document fragmented project-management workflows so a senior product manager can redesign them.
  • Take notes from internal subject-matter-expert conversations and turn them into concise written summaries.
Desired Qualifications

What believers are saying

  • July 31, 2025 Series A raised $9 million from Peak XV, Nexus, and Together.
  • Metaforms is expanding into report generation and voice-based research, widening wallet share.
  • InsightPlatforms lists trusted agencies and data partners like Dynata and Strat7, signaling adoption.

What critics are saying

  • Qualtrics, Confirmit, and Decipher can copy features and bundle AI into existing contracts.
  • Metaforms depends on third-party platform APIs; vendor changes or access restrictions break workflows fast.
  • Market-research agencies face margin pressure and consolidation, making a $19.7 million-funded vendor vulnerable to churn.

What makes Metaforms unique

  • Metaforms embeds inside Decipher, Confirmit, Qualtrics, and Dimensions, reducing workflow switching costs.
  • Its agents automate survey programming, data processing, bidding, and voice research end-to-end.
  • Free custom integrations and questionnaire version control fit agency workflows better than standalone AI tools.

Metaforms raises $9M to give market research agencies their own AI workflows

San Francisco, CA – July 31, 2025; The market research boom is creating an unexpected casualty: the agencies themselves. In an industry where clients expect faster turnarounds, competitive pricing, and diverse capabilities, agencies are turning down work – not for lack of interest, but because outdated operational systems keep them from meeting client expectations. Metaforms, a startup born from this bottleneck, is helping research teams scale without burning out. Today, the company announces a $9 million Series A to expand its AI infrastructure platform and accelerate adoption across the $130 billion global research industry.
