DAZN is looking for a Client Services Manager to manage and oversee the activation of brand client projects across DAZN’s channels in North America. You will be responsible to work with the sales to deliver client projects at the very highest level. You will understand the delivery of both content and media campaigns, you will be organised and communicate effectively but most of all you will be passionate about sport and delivering the very best service for our clients.
This role will be based in our New York office.

As our new Client Services Manager you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support the sales team in North America for the best possible experience for clients and work with the Ad Operations team to deliver campaigns
- Work with DAZN Media strategy team to deliver together innovative digital marketing campaigns that ties in with our client’s key objectives
- Support the working process both internally and client related
- Own the activation and optimisation of these campaigns and ensure they deliver against KPIs; develop ideas that add value to clients both from a business and business relationship perspective
- Manage the renewal process with the sales team, ensuring we are perfectly positioned off the back of successfully delivering campaigns
- Develop a detailed understanding of all stakeholders your clients’ ecosystem and build relationships
- Keep across all campaigns and make sure timely and accurate reports are delivered to all key stakeholders, highlighting key learnings and insights that will ensure we are constantly evolving our approach
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Work experience in an account management role within a media or agency environment, preferably in sport
- Extensive knowledge of the sports media and marketing space
- Good knowledge of digital/media marketing, social media, broadcast, and digital sports industry
- Experience of working with brands, leagues, or broadcasters on digital platforms
Even better if you have:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent team player and communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Google Ad Manger experience
