  • Bachelor's or Associates degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two (2) years of administrative or related experience preferred
  • Demonstrated work in fundraising or arts a plus
  • Superior writing and editing abilities

Responsibilities
  • Supports the regular cycle of renewals and solicitations for donors
  • Coordinates committee meetings and events for donor programs
  • Provides logistical and administrative support for stewardship events
  • Manages gift processing, tracking, and acknowledgement
  • Generates reports and maintains donor records in Tessitura
  • Commits to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
