Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 5+ years of combined experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling - OR - a Master's degree with 3+ years of combined experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling. An additional 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 9+ years of combined experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling - OR - a Master's degree with 7+ years of combined experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling. An additional 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong EVMS experience and Cost and Schedule Management skills.
  • Experience with deployment of business system tools and processes in an EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management environment.
  • Experience with DCMA data-driven surveillance metrics and associated tools and processes.
  • Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek CostPoint, Deltek Cobra/MPM, MS Project/Oracle Primavera.
  • Strong Analytical ability.
  • Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
Responsibilities
  • Providing mentoring, coaching and leadership to program cost and schedule analysts on the proper implementation and use of Earned Value Management (EVM) and the associated Data Integrity Tools that validate the EVM data.
  • Providing EVMS training activities for project personnel, including experience in the development and maintenance of process documentation and training material, and delivery of training to small teams and/or larger groups.
  • Reviewing program schedules to ensure best practices as prescribed by industry are implemented, including Schedule Performance, Health Metrics and Analysis; Critical Path Analysis; and Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
  • Providing Program Startup and business process implementation guidance, expertise and leadership (in collaboration with Business and Program Management) through active participation in team training, program baseline development and Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) preparation and execution.
  • Supporting program Business Management with the development and implementation of the program business rhythm and processes to include integrated program reporting and variance analysis for explaining and interpreting impact of results against program baseline plans/forecast and facilitate the tracking and implementation of corrective/preventative actions.
  • Conducting and supporting internal EVMS Surveillance Reviews (ISR), and/or or Internal Corporate Audits (IA) to ensure compliance to the 32 guidelines.
  • Supporting Program Teams in preparing for and participating in external Integrated Baseline Reviews and follow-up action item closure.
