Responsibilities
- Foster and nurture relationships with customers
- Use 3D CAD software systems to design and develop 3D models and drawings based on customer requests
- Cross train in other CAD systems
- Fast paced learning design innovation
- Engineer and develop product designs that meet the customer's needs and requirements
- Gain design agreement with the customer prior to 3D data creation
- Create and manage customer drawings
- Attend design reviews with the customer
- Ensure all target dates for a project are met
- Be self-regulated, manage your own schedule and drive your own success
- Learn and develop new skills and be flexible with projects
- Participate in DISHER Team continuous improvement projects with your team
