Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of TheFork’s products, offerings, tools, ecosystem, and competitive landscape, leveraging this knowledge to shape effective account management strategies.
  • Drive long-term client relationships by delivering innovative solutions and retention strategies, while proactively upselling products to maximize value, build trust, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of key accounts in your portfolio, including their strategies, priorities, and organizational structures. Co-lead strategic conversations with C-level executives alongside Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Partner Services (CPS) teams to develop and execute deployment plans. Represent TheFork at major industry events, enhancing market presence and showcasing our value proposition.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with teams such as CPS, Product, and Customer Care to ensure seamless client service and efficient knowledge sharing across TheFork.
  • Encourage alignment between regions on account management strategies. Share insights that inform product development and broader business strategies, while exchanging best practices with peer managers.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of Account Managers—driving high performance, engagement, and career development. Oversee HR processes such as recruitment, performance reviews, and training initiatives in coordination with the Director of Sales & Customer Success.
  • Serve as a role model through industry engagement and strategic leadership, guiding your team toward shared business goals.
  • Define and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand TheFork’s presence in your market. Set and manage team targets and budgets in collaboration with your Team Lead and the Director of Sales & Customer Success FR & BE.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners, using market insights to foster innovation and solidify TheFork’s leadership position.
