Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree or greater in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related role, including as a technical account manager, technical support engineer, pre-sales engineer, or technical consultant.
  • A working understanding of database management and data analysis. Experience using Tableau is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the automotive and/or energy sectors is a big plus, since most clients fall into these categories.
  • An interest in electric vehicles, green energy production, environmental protection.
  • Highly level of organization and the ability to track multiple projects at once.
  • Clear, cogent writing skills, with fastidious proofreading and style consistency.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with onboarding, product training and technical advice.
  • Working with PlugShare’s data engineer, devise solutions to clients’ technical support issues before and after the sales process.
  • Learn customers’ setup, typical workflows, goals, and the use cases for PlugShare’s products in order to better serve their needs.
  • Help clients get better value from the PlugShare products they’ve purchased. Show them how to unlock hidden potential they might not have realized was there.
  • Use client feedback to help the PlugShare team identify areas for product improvements.
