- Completed technical vocational training, preferably as a pharmaceutical technician, or a completed Bachelor's degree in a natural-science field such as pharmaceutical technology or biotechnology.
- Professional experience in qualification and validation in aseptic manufacturing and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice are required.
- A structured and independent working style and the ability to proactively engage with others are required.
- Flexibility, teamwork, and strong communication skills are required.
- Very good German and good English language skills, spoken and written, are required.
- Conduct validation activities relating to sterilization in the production area and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the assigned area.
- Represent the department in internal and customer projects.
- Create validation plans and reports in English.
- Optimize validation systems according to the state of the art and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, perform, document, and evaluate validations.
- Create and maintain validation instructions and report templates.
- Program and evaluate the measurement systems used.
- Present validation concepts and results during audits and inspections and address resulting audit findings.
- Provide technical support for preparing submission documents.
- Write validation proposals for contract manufacturing.
- Provide technical support to production in identifying the causes of sterilization disruptions or deviations.
- Develop loading plans for isolators and conduct corresponding training for production employees.
- A completed technical vocational qualification as a pharmaceutical technician is preferred.
