  • Fluent in both English and French (written and oral)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Solid understanding of organizational development, change management, and talent management strategies
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications
  • This role requires at least 3 days in the office
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Execute major talent processes including compensation planning, performance management, talent development, onboarding / integration, workforce planning and employee engagement strategies
  • Work alongside our Centrs of Excellence to roll out programs and plans that impact employees
  • Deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in all HR activities, including policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Roll out new hire onboarding for new hires
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational development needs, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making
  • Develop and foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
