- A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
- 5 to 10 years in a corporate IT environment
- 3 to 5 years experience in transition management or related process management field (application development, change management, deployment or release management)
- Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
- ITILv3 Expert qualified preferred
- ITILv3 Service Transition Lifecycle Qualified is advantageous
- Project management certification is advantageous (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)
- Lead a team of transition managers which assure the smooth ongoing operation and support of the application landscape affected by the new global model and in future by localization requirements to the Operational support
- Deliver against the transition scope and plan for the Hexaware program, a program which is delivering global extended service offerings for HEXAWARE end users through the implementation of SAP
- These extended service offerings include, though are not limited to, end to end operational process, Non Standard Support Models, and process changes to existing applications as a result of the programs deliverables
