- At least a completed commercial vocational qualification, higher technical school qualification, university of applied sciences qualification, or university studies.
- Fluent German at at least C1 level.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience in sales and consulting with direct customer contact.
- Initial experience in telesales or outbound sales is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate confidently, work in a target-oriented, structured, and independent manner, and engage proactively in projects and problem-solving.
- Interest in countries, people, cultures, languages, and travel.
- Use personal knowledge to persuade prospects in face-to-face, telephone, WhatsApp, and email sales conversations and convert inquiries into customers.
- Advise customers on selecting a language trip and identify the optimal program while providing high-quality service.
- Prepare detailed personalized offers.
- Act as the liaison with international language schools worldwide.
- Participate in information events, trade fairs, and marketing activities.
- Initial experience in telesales or outbound sales.
