- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or an approved equivalent artificial intelligence solution.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable.
- At least five years of experience supporting Windows, Linux, application servers, enterprise platforms, and cloud-based production environments.
- Experience with patching, configuration management, access controls, monitoring, backups, troubleshooting, security hardening, incident response, and operational support.
- CompTIA Security+ certification and a platform certification, such as a Microsoft, Linux, or Amazon Web Services certification.
- An active Secret clearance.
- Administer and sustain ACWS systems, operating environments, and platform services.
- Support patching, configuration changes, access management, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, operational checklists, and support records.
- Coordinate system incidents, outages, performance issues, and maintenance activities.
- Support security compliance, operational readiness, and continuity planning.
- Experience supporting Army, Department of Defense, acquisition, contracting, financial, or mission enterprise systems.
- Experience with Department of Defense, Army, Impact Level 5 or Impact Level 6, Risk Management Framework/Authorization to Operate, cArmy, or federal enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting Appian, Java middleware, databases, monitoring tools, or cloud-hosted applications.
