Requirements
  • Proven experience (12+) in a senior HR leadership role, preferably at a global technology company
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill
  • Demonstrated experience with partnering, advising, and coaching at the CEO, C-Suite and Board levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies
  • Deep understanding of Workday and Greenhouse (or similar ATS)
  • Proven track record of identifying people problems and using strategic skills to drive and influence appropriate solutions
  • Experience aligning people strategy with business goals
Responsibilities
  • Oversee our entire global people function in order to shape people strategies and facilitate the evolution of our culture as we continue to scale globally
  • Provide hands-on leadership to our HR, People Operations, People Intelligence, and Talent Acquisition leads by removing obstacles enabling them to do what they do best
  • Leverage your expertise on areas of the company such as total rewards, performance management, organizational planning, retention, people data, people tools, diversity & inclusion, and onboarding in order to improve overall performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Develop Total Rewards philosophy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with our Executive Leadership team to foster and maintain a culture of inclusion where all employees feel valued, seen, and can do their best work
  • Identifying and empowering change champions in the organization
  • Manage personnel policies and procedures, including performance management, compensation approach, annual review process, goal setting and implementation of performance improvement plans
  • Maintain responsibility for compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters, interface with legal, and develop materials including employee handbook
