Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline (or equivalent) and approximately eight years of related experience, four of which must be in a supervisory role
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools; advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience in accounting, budget execution, information technology, financial system requirements and analysis, financial planning and reporting, auditing, and internal financial controls (three years minimum)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders and strong presentation skills
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; duties performed thoroughly, accurately, and in compliance with milestones/delivery schedules
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance (Federal Travel Regulations)
  • Location is CONUS/OCONUS Seattle, Washington
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • All staff must be eligible for a Facility Access Authorization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe
  • Security clearance considerations and ability to obtain required clearances
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
  • Provide management and technical direction to program personnel
  • Regularly exercise independent judgment and high-level analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative and managerial problems
  • Be responsible for all aspects of program performance (technical, contractual, administrative, financial)
  • Manage all aspects of program activity
  • Provide technical and financial reports to show progress to Corporate management and customers
  • Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations
  • Assume the initiative and provide support to Corporate management in identifying future requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a Program Management Plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the Program
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions
  • Provide management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for recurring departmental processes and reviews; summarize issues and findings in a clear and logical manner
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
  • Work with a variety of IT systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services on behalf of Enterprise Services
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas include skill sets in information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support a myriad of standard services required across the Department
  • Develop and implement Program Management Plan governing performance of all functional activities on program
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and reporting requirements
  • Perform periodic reviews and reporting for program performance
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) preferred
  • Core competencies including teamwork, leadership, business acumen, communication, motivation, agility, judgment, organization
