- Understand the competitive market and industry trends.
- Manage and track customer information in the TigerGraph customer relationship management system.
- Provide activity forecasts and regular pipeline reporting in sales meetings and through the customer relationship management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Advanced degrees and/or technical expertise are valued.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and database- and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
