We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both technical and non-technical recruiting coordination and be proficient with Greenhouse ATS. We are also looking for someone who has a background in Technical Sourcing or Recruiting to assist the Recruiting Team in finding top talent to join the team at Gotion. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting the best talent to our organization, as well as, assisting the Recruiting Team in all scheduling and organizational aspects.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling calls, scheduling interviews (both onsite and virtual), and ensuring impeccable attention to detail with efficiency
Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and support data clean-up efforts while adhering to established processes and timelines for effective candidate communication
Collaborate closely with Recruiters, Interviewers, and Hiring Managers to create effective processes and programs, fostering creativity and organization within the Recruiting Team
Track all candidates’ interview processes and serve as the main point of contact
Assist with timely and accurate completion of data for all ATS and Recruiting Docs

Qualifications:

1-4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
Experience in recruiting coordination and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional organizational skills

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

Expected Pay Range

$60,000—$80,000 USD
