Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, or a related field, including calendar management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
Responsibilities
  • Foster teamwork and excellence in the workplace
  • Conduct daily office walkthroughs
  • Manage work orders promptly, meeting KPIs
  • Identify and recommend operational improvements
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and work requests
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers and assist in vendor procurement
  • Manage site amenities and act as key contact
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and facilities
  • Support reception, mail services, and office supplies
  • Maintain site documentation and web pages
  • Develop emergency response plans, ensure contract compliance, and meet KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional service quality
  • Coordinate site operations per policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in facilities coordination/management
  • Experience managing events
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and specialized services.
  • Experience with work order systems. Experience with PlanOn is a plus!
