Requirements
  • 1+ years of AR experience
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with collections and accounts receivable process
  • Experience with Intacct or other accounting software
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Responsibilities
  • Organize documentation, billing and shipping documents for receivables
  • Respond to customer tickets
  • Answer phone calls from customers
  • Review and distribute customer invoices
  • Collaborate with sales and customers on proper invoicing
  • Process and apply cash receipts to customer invoices
  • Match credit card payments to invoices
  • Update customer account status
  • Research, respond, and resolve customer questions
  • Perform other related duties, as required

  • Experience with Intacct or other accounting software
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask, manage priorities and be highly organized
  • Aptitude to work in multiple systems, including Microsoft and Google products
  • Open to change and willing to learn new skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow up on pending issues
