Responsibilities
  • Own and enhance Lucid’s transactional emails to drive customer success. This includes developing emails in HTML/CSS, managing translations, and implementing new emails.
  • Ensure emails are reliably being sent and delivered to customers to facilitate their work within the Lucid product suite.
  • Become an expert in our customers; their motivations, goals, and needs-especially related to transactional emails.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective customer relationships and cross-functional teamwork by working closely with Engineering, Marketing, UX, and other Product teams.
  • Run AB / multivariate tests to measure and understand usage patterns and the effectiveness of specific emails. Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to find opportunities for optimization.
  • Effectively plan and prioritize work across multiple projects, and communicate priority to relevant stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working within the Software as a Service (SaaS) space
  • Experience building emails in HTML/CSS
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and learning techniques, including AB/multivariate testing
  • Experience with transactional emails and/or utilizing SendGrid
  • Strong analytical skills applicable to determining marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts
