Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience as a UX, UI, or Product Designer across different projects.
  • Good knowledge of UX and UI methods.
  • Ability to communicate and work in an Agile environment with Product Owners, business experts, and developers.
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce digital interfaces while ensuring a fluid, intuitive, and coherent user experience.
  • Produce high-fidelity mockups and screens while following Design System guidelines and components.
  • Adapt existing user journeys and propose relevant, modern UI solutions aligned with user needs.
  • Create interactive prototypes to bring interfaces to life and facilitate discussions with product and development teams.
  • Ensure the graphic and functional consistency of interfaces across all user journeys and platforms.
  • Continuously improve the Design System and contribute to creating or evolving components when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure correct interface implementation and adherence to design intent.
  • Consider user feedback, available data, and business constraints to continuously optimize interfaces.
  • Participate in selected UX research and design phases as needed to understand users, their behaviors, and the journeys to be designed.
