Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience

Responsibilities
  • Handles and solves a variety of less and more complex problems for the business requirements and technology. Supports projects in identifying routine business requirements, project and process specifications within identified team.
  • Provide input and guide the RiverSource business on the determining the best solutions and system requirements for their specific needs. Ability to provide accurate, timely & responsive services to the business unit.
  • Create and manage large or small testing efforts partnering with both business and tech partners.
  • Support development work associated with client correspondence generated from a variety of document platforms.
  • Support document analysis and impact assessments from projects or enhancement initiatives to identify and implement changes to documents.
  • Create design specifications as well as trouble-shoot and resolve routine and less-complex problems for the business unit as it relates to business requirements and technology.
  • Manage multiple relationships across the organization, and at times with external parties and clients. Be the main point of contact to answer questions within business analyst area of expertise. Act as liaison among business leaders, staff, and utility functions to gather information and share best practices, and to ensure initiatives are executed appropriately.
