  • Ability to execute labeling, outbound shipping, equipment setup and adjustment, production transactions, shipping transactions, inventory transactions, order verification, discrepancy escalation, warehouse operations, inventory management, safety procedures, security standards, and environmental standards according to documented procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Execute product labeling and outbound shipping activities according to approved work orders and documented procedures while meeting quality, patient safety, environmental, and customer requirements.
  • Set up and adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications and performance standards.
  • Complete production, shipping, and inventory transactions in SAP Manufacturing Execution System and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning systems, maintaining records for traceability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Verify outbound orders for accurate and complete materials, quantities, labels, and documentation, and escalate discrepancies or nonconformities to prevent shipment delays or quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse operations, workflow efficiency, and inventory management through data-driven continuous improvement and problem resolution.
  • Adhere to safety, security, and environmental standards, communicate operational disruptions, and support facility housekeeping and team effectiveness.
