Responsibilities
  • Engaging with the business and develop a technology roadmap for EOIR sensor products
  • Conducting market research and customer engagement
  • Shaping and identifying new technologies, features, and product opportunities
  • Developing and managing people, tools, and equipment over the functions of circuit design, electronics, and camera processing
  • Overseeing day to day execution and operations, optimize, and implement R&D workflows
  • Key business process includes Program Development Plan, Problem Reporting, Change Control, Technology/Product Roadmap, Resource Management
