General Management Consultant, Senior

The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals? We’re looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact. As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystallize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize. As the strategy expert, you’ll identify and anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward. You’ll prepare and conduct business analyses and study needs assessments, requirements analysis or definition, and cost or benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives. You’ll prepare forecasts and analyze trends, reporting regulations and business conditions. You’ll analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policies and procedures, and business systems. You Have:

• 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience working in teams, including communicating regularly with senior staff and leadership
• Experience writing for various mediums, including reports, briefs, or memos
• Ability to conduct research and analysis on industry best practices
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam  
• Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
