  • Assist in the preparation, organization and management of legal documents related to CFIUS matters
  • Conduct research on CFIUS regulations and procedures, and provide analysis to support decision making
  • Assist the inhouse CFIUS security team in continuing to develop and implement CFIUS compliance programs and policies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of CFIUS related legal activities and transactions
  • Facilitate communication between internal Vonage teams, external partners (including the CMAs) and government agencies on CFIUS matters as directed by the Director, CFIUS Legal Counsel
  • Support the inhouse CFIUS security team in continuing to develop and implement CFIUS compliance programs and policies
  • Support the collaboration cross-functionally with internal teams, including finance, compliance, and business development, to ensure alignment with CFIUS requirements
  • Stay abreast of changes in CFIUS regulations and national security policies and advise on their impact on the company
