Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Ability to travel between work locations in the Indianapolis area as scheduled.

  • Experience developing and adapting treatment plans aligned with family goals.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech or language needs.
  • Formulate individualized treatment programs.
  • Maintain appropriate records.
  • Communicate with teachers, parents, and members of students' support teams about student progress.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop diagnoses, treatment plans, and measurable goals.
  • Provide direct speech, language, and feeding therapy services.
  • Modify treatment plans based on progress and changing needs.
  • Document services in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Communicate with families, service coordinators, and other stakeholders regarding progress and outcomes.
  • Support students or clinical fellows as requested.
