  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in native iOS development.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C, with excellent object-oriented programming (OOP) design skills.
  • Experience working with and debugging large, complex codebases.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app performance optimization, particularly in relation to ads and video.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the iOS ad system, optimizing it for a seamless user experience.
  • Contribute to the development of new vertical solutions and innovative ad formats that enhance both creator monetization and advertiser engagement.
  • Analyze and optimize iOS applications for maximum efficiency and performance, particularly in the area of video ads.
  • Write clear documentation and promote robust, maintainable code, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
