Requirements
  • 15+ years of professional experience, with domain depth in B2B sales & customer analytics
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams, preferably with a global remit
  • Ability to communicate with and influence non-technical stakeholders as well as technical cross-functional partners
  • BA/BS, with preferred concentration in business or a quantitative field; Masters degree preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
  • In-depth understanding of predictive data models, B2B sales and customer data models, business intelligence, data visualization, and cloud data platforms
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end data product strategy, execution, and user adoption for dashboards, analytical models, and measurement frameworks, in close partnership with our Customer & Partner Organization, Sales leaders, and Go-To-Market Analytics leadership
  • Lead a global team of ~30 data analysts, product managers, and developers; responsible both for recruiting and developing talent as well as providing hands on guidance to the team
