What you’ll do:

• You will be responsible for executing the National Security business units largest and most critical initiatives.
• You’ll lead both organic and new business growth within all National Security BU working closely with the business development and capture teams.
• You will collaborate with Growth and BU leadership to develop and execute capture strategies that will secure new business wins.
• You’ll provide mentorship and leadership to Project and Program Managers
• You’ll interface with highly visible Government agency customers.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field
• Experience delivering a full range of IT support services, including development and modernization using Human-Centered Design (HCD), Agile, and DevSecOps; and operations and maintenance for mission applications (on-premises and cloud environments)
• Extensive experience supporting National Security and/or Intelligence Community customers (e.g.,DOS, DHS, or DIA)
• Experience managing a large portfolio of IT programs of $100M or larger.
• Expert level organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with all levels of government
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of business development, capture, and proposal development.
• An active TS/SCI security clearance or higher
