Requirements
  • Seven to ten or more years of ServiceNow experience.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow design patterns, best practices, architecture, data model, and core concepts.
  • Solid understanding of access control lists.
  • Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.
  • Proficiency in business rules, script includes, client scripts, user interface policies, user interface actions, Flow Designer, and notifications.
  • Proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, HyperText Markup Language, Cascading Style Sheets, and XM.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow design patterns and best practices and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
  • Understand business context and processes to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
  • Ensure platform capabilities are efficiently and effectively utilized to drive expected business outcomes.
  • Perform requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support.
  • Manage ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.
  • Work with technical subject matter experts to identify and refine data requirements.
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
  • Maintain and develop scoped applications.
  • Work with project resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition.
  • Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
